NCAA Increases Testing Threshold For Marijuana
A key committee officially recommends that the NCAA lower student athlete drug testing penalties and increase the testing threshold for marijuana use. The NCAA Committee on Competitive Safeguards and Medical Aspects of Sports has agreed to raise the THC threshold, which constitutes a positive test from 35 to 150 nanograms per milliliter.

Philadelphia Employers Can No Longer Drug Test For Marijuana
The state of Philadelphia rang in the year with a new, much-needed policy: city employers are no longer allowed to force prospective employees to submit a drug test for marijuana. Not only will this improve the talent pool, but it will give deserving citizens a fair chance at pursuing their life of choice.
